Many benefits and services will be offered to homeless vets and their families including 2 nights accommodations and 3 days of meals along with clothing, showers and haircuts; dental and healthcare screenings and referrals; counseling; help with various applications, claims, and registrations. |Lutheran Social Services||is refurbishing computers to give to low income households. They are accepting PCs, laptops, flat screens, keyboards, and mice. They estimate that 20-30% of the households in our community do not have a computer that can help with homework assignments, job applications, and general education and communication. |His Garden Ministries
||His Garden Ministries holds services every Sunday at 2 pm except for the third Sunday at Casa Calderon Apartments; on the third Sunday, they provide a church service at Heritage Nursing Home at 1:30 pm. Every second Sunday the provide a service at the Wakulla CI Work Camp at 10 am. And, once a month they provide a Bible Study at the Leon County Jail.
