At the beginning of this year I was so heartbroken and above all I never knew what to expect out of life. I was too low in my spirit with very little desire to go on. Having gone through many hard and harsh things in life since 2008, which left me empty, I felt like my dreams and joy of life had died along.

I did ask God at the beginning of the year to show me what He wanted me to do and how He wanted me to move on with life, then at my lowest moment mid January, I got a call from Imani Radio Ministries Director - Mr. Butaki, (I call it a miraculous call) that arrangements had been made for me to come and serve at Imani for sometime as I wait for the next step. Thanks to Mr. Scott, Mr. Butaki, Pastor Mark and Liberty Baptist Church.

I was very glad and thanked God for the golden opportunity. Even though I never knew how things would turn out and never did I know the grounds I was stepping on, I did trust God to lead me through.

For a few months I've been at Imani Radio, I can confidently say that I have my life, enthusiasm, and passion for ministry back online. I see the joy and the love of God flowing in and through my life. I've got a family at Imani, people to give me a shoulder to lean on and cry on when I feel lonesome.

I thank God that He brought me to Imani and gave me a chance to serve Him through this ministry. By being here the Lord has opened other doors to serve Him in Kitale and its environs. My passion and dream is to reach many people young and old with the gospel of Christ, and Imani Radio has provided me that opportunity!!!! Glory to God and Imani Radio, the door to true life purpose fulfillment!!

He had been suffering for a long time with an eye infection that he was afraid that it would lead him to total blindness. His fears were confirmed by physicians who were saying that his situation is getting worse day by day. In the midst of all the confusion he sent his prayer need to Imani and he was prayed for. He later called us to testify that the Lord has healed him completely and the infection is no longer there. To God be the glory.

She was admitted at the Webuye hospital in Western province in a critical condition. Her relative who was taking care of her in the hospital ward had a radio and she tuned to Imani one evening. The pastors in the studio were praying for the needs of the people and she sent her request. Florence was prayed for and the power of God begun working in her life. After two days she was discharged from the hospital and right now she is well and we give God all the praise.

Ben had been going through a lot in his family and he felt that he could no longer bare it anymore. Therefore he decided that the only option for him to end his sorrows is by committing suicide. He planned to do it in a Saturday. Thankfully, on the very day, he woke up early in the morning and switched his radio on. Fortunately Pastor Anne was doing her weekly morning prayers. Before beginning the prayers she spoke a little bit about the hope that is in Jesus Christ. The Spirit of the Lord led her to pray for a person who was being influenced by the spirit of suicide. She prayed and the Lord touched Ben who in turn changed his mind. Afterwards he met with Pastor Anne and through more prayers and counseling, his family is doing great. To God be the glory.

John is a businessman and his work was not going well despite the efforts that he tried to put in. He is a great supporter of Imani radio and he sent his prayer request and he was prayed for. The Lord gave him miraculous connections that stabilized his business. He his now doing well and has been giving in this ministry any time that we have a mission week. For sure He is the Lord worthy to be praised.

He was sick and had not slept well throughout one night. Towards morning, the radio was switched on and prayers were going on. Pastor Anne was praying for the sick and he believed in the prayers. God touched him immediately and he received an instant healing. Glory be to God.

TESTIMONY FROM PASTOR KARIUKI's PROGRAM

Emanuel Nyongesa - From Namanjalala Village, Kwanza District.

Pastor Kariuki came to our studios to testify about a wonderful doing of the Lord in the life of Nyongesa. He had narrated his story to Pastor Kariuki that one night he was contemplating committing suicide after he felt that life was becoming unbearable to him. He went to the shops to buy a rope that he was going to use to end his life. When he came back to the house, armed with the rope, Pastor Kariuki was on the radio preaching in his weekly program. The message caught the attention of Nyongesa to a point that he paused to listen. Pastor Kariuki was speaking about the new beginning that is in Jesus. In his statements, he said even if someone planning to end his/her life, Jesus was ready to offer a new beginning. Nyongesa chose that option and at the end of the program he gave his life to Jesus. He called the pastor and said he wanted to meet him at that hour of the night. He took a motor bike from Namanjalala and met with the Pastor that night. Emmanuel since then is a strong member in Pastor Kariuki's Church in Kitale town!! Glory to Jehovah who delivers!!

Sincerely, there is no greater victory over our enemy Satan than the victory we get through the blood of Jesus and His word. Over the years, as the Lord has enabled me to minister to His people through Imani Radio, I have witnessed great victory in the lives of many listeners. People have witnessed victory as they listen to the word of God and believed it. Sinners have been born again, sick healed and the bound and the oppressed have been set free.

Ministering the word of God through Imani Radio has enabled me to reach people in areas I may never have been able to reach. Many people have been calling asking that we pray for them and together with them; this has made us realize the great impact we are having through this ministry.

My prayer and desire is that many listeners of Imani Radio will be stirred in their hearts to support this ministry in all ways; spiritually and financially for even greater victory. And they overcome him by the word of their testimony. Rev 12:11
